Overview
When you cast Destined Confrontation the Sokka triggers (prowess on Sokka/other Allies and Sokka’s token-creation) go on the stack. Whether the 1/1 Ally token exists when Destined Confrontation resolves (and whether any prowess triggers have resolved) determines what creatures you can choose to keep and what gets sacrificed. If the token enters before the sorcery resolves it can be chosen (subject to the total-power 4 limit, including any +1/+1 from resolved prowess); if it enters after the sorcery resolves it was never eligible to be chosen and therefore won’t be sacrificed. Note that resolved prowess bonuses affect creatures’ power at the moment you make the choices. See for an edge case about negative power affecting totals.
Step 1
You cast Destined Confrontation (a noncreature spell). Sokka’s triggered abilities (prowess on creatures that had it and the token-creation trigger) are triggered as a result of casting the spell and are placed on the stack.
Step 2
Before Destined Confrontation resolves, players receive priority and may allow the triggered abilities to resolve (in whichever order the controller can legally place their multiple triggers on the stack).
Step 3
If the token-creation trigger resolves before the sorcery resolves, the 1/1 Ally token enters the battlefield and is present when the sorcery later resolves; it can therefore be chosen when you make the 'total power 4 or less' selection.
Step 4
If some or all prowess triggers resolve before the sorcery resolves, the affected creatures get +1/+1 until end of turn; those increased powers are what you count when you make your 'total power 4 or less' choices at the sorcery’s resolution.
Step 5
When Destined Confrontation resolves, you choose any number of creatures you control whose current powers add up to 4 or less, then you sacrifice all other creatures you control. Only creatures that are on the battlefield at that moment are eligible to be chosen.
Step 6
If the token-creation trigger resolves only after Destined Confrontation resolves, the token enters the battlefield after the sacrifice step and therefore was not eligible to be chosen and will not be sacrificed.
Resolution
Destined Confrontation resolves and you then choose which creatures you control with total power 4 or less; every other creature you control is sacrificed. If Sokka’s token-creation trigger resolved before Destined Confrontation resolved, that new 1/1 Ally is on the battlefield and may be included among the creatures you choose (but only up to total power 4, counting each creature’s current power after any other resolved effects). If Sokka’s token-creation trigger resolves after Destined Confrontation resolved, the token enters after the sacrifice step and therefore was never eligible to be chosen and will not be sacrificed. Prowess triggers that resolved before the sorcery resolves change creatures’ powers for the choice; prowess triggers only exist for creatures that were on the battlefield at the time you cast the noncreature spell (a token entering later does not retroactively have those triggers). Also note the negative-power interaction described in if you encounter effects that reduce power below 0.
