Kodama of the East Tree + Simic Growth Chamber + Tireless Provisioner

Overview
When you play Simic Growth Chamber as your land drop, putting it onto the battlefield is a special action that doesn’t use the stack , and that event will cause (1) Kodama of the East Tree’s triggered ability, (2) Tireless Provisioner’s landfall triggered ability, and (3) Simic Growth Chamber’s own “When this land enters, return a land you control to its owner’s hand” triggered ability to trigger and wait to be put on the stack . Kodama’s triggered ability can put a permanent card from your hand with mana value equal to or less than the entering permanent’s mana value onto the battlefield — since lands have mana value 0, Kodama can only put a land onto the battlefield in response to Simic entering — and Kodama will not trigger from permanents that were put onto the battlefield by Kodama’s own ability (the ability’s built-in restriction prevents that).
Step 1
You play Simic Growth Chamber as your land for the turn (special action); putting it onto the battlefield is a special action and doesn’t use the stack .
Step 2
Simic entering the battlefield causes triggered abilities to trigger: Kodama’s "Whenever another permanent you control enters..." trigger, Tireless Provisioner’s Landfall trigger, and Simic Growth Chamber’s own "When this land enters, return a land you control to its owner's hand" trigger; those triggers are noted and will be put on the stack per the rules for triggered abilities waiting to be put on the stack .
Step 3
After the special action completes and state-based actions are checked, the triggered abilities are put on the stack and will resolve in the normal order for triggered abilities that are waiting to be put on the stack .
Step 4
When Kodama’s trigger resolves (it triggered because Simic was not put onto the battlefield by Kodama), it lets you put a permanent card with mana value equal to or less than the entering permanent’s mana value from your hand onto the battlefield; Simic’s mana value is 0, so Kodama can only put a land card (mana value 0) onto the battlefield in this case.
Step 5
Any land that enters the battlefield (whether Simic or a land put onto the battlefield by Kodama) will cause Tireless Provisioner’s Landfall ability to trigger, so if you put a land onto the battlefield with Kodama in addition to Simic entering you can generate two tokens (one for each land entering).
Step 6
Kodama’s ability contains the restriction that it doesn’t trigger for permanents that were put onto the battlefield by Kodama’s own ability, so the land you put onto the battlefield with Kodama will not itself cause another Kodama trigger from that particular entry .
Step 7
If Simic’s own ETB trigger returns a land to your hand before Kodama resolves, you may choose to put that returned land onto the battlefield with Kodama when Kodama resolves; that is legal and interacts as above (Kodama still won’t trigger off the land it put onto the battlefield) .
Resolution
Play Simic Growth Chamber as your land drop (special action) — that entry causes three triggered abilities to trigger and wait to be put on the stack: Kodama’s, Tireless Provisioner’s landfall, and Simic Growth Chamber’s own ETB ability . Kodama’s trigger (because Simic wasn’t put onto the battlefield by Kodama) may put a land card with mana value ≤ 0 (i.e., a land) from your hand onto the battlefield; that land entering will itself cause Tireless Provisioner to trigger again (so you can end up creating two tokens if you put a land onto the battlefield with Kodama in addition to Simic’s entry) and Kodama will not trigger off lands that entered because of Kodama’s ability . If Simic’s ETB returns a land to your hand before Kodama resolves, you may then use Kodama’s effect to put that returned land onto the battlefield; Kodama still cannot trigger on permanents it put onto the battlefield .
