Step 1
Setup: You control Krenko, Mob Boss (untapped), Skirk Prospector, and Staff of Domination (untapped). Count the number of Goblins you control before Krenko’s activation; call that g (Krenko and Skirk count toward g) — see Ruling [2012-07-01].
Step 2
Activate Krenko’s ability by paying its cost {T} and let it resolve. It creates X = g 1/1 Goblin tokens, so after resolution you control 2g Goblins in total (original g plus g new tokens) per Ruling [2012-07-01].
Step 3
Sacrifice Goblins to Skirk Prospector to produce red mana as needed. Skirk can be sacrificed if you choose, but per Ruling [2022-12-08] do it last if you still need its repeated ability.
Step 4
Pay {3},{T} on Staff of Domination and target Krenko with that ability to untap Krenko. That ability requires tapping Staff as part of its cost, so Staff becomes tapped; the untap effect will set Krenko’s status to untapped per .
