Necromancy + Worldgorger Dragon

Overview
If you cast Necromancy using its own flash ability to put Worldgorger Dragon onto the battlefield, Necromancy will enter as an enchantment and then its enter-the-battlefield triggered ability will put Worldgorger onto the battlefield and attach the Aura to it . Worldgorger’s enter-the-battlefield trigger will exile all other permanents you control (including the Aura Necromancy), causing Necromancy’s leave-the-battlefield trigger to trigger and sacrifice Worldgorger; Worldgorger’s leave-the-battlefield trigger then returns the exiled permanents, re‑entering Necromancy and retriggering the sequence . Because you cast Necromancy at a time a sorcery couldn’t be cast using its own ability, its text also causes the controller of the permanent it becomes to sacrifice that permanent at the beginning of the next cleanup step [Ruling 2022-12-08].
Step 1
You cast Necromancy (using its 'you may cast this spell as though it had flash' clause) and it resolves; as an enchantment spell resolving it is put onto the battlefield under your control .
Step 2
Necromancy’s enter-the-battlefield triggered ability triggers and later resolves; it becomes an Aura that can enchant the creature put onto the battlefield with Necromancy and it puts the targeted creature card (Worldgorger Dragon) from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control and attaches Necromancy to it [Ruling 2005-08-01].
Step 3
When Worldgorger enters the battlefield, its triggered ability triggers to exile all other permanents you control; when that trigger resolves it exiles Necromancy and your other permanents (lands, creatures, etc.) as appropriate .
Step 4
Necromancy left the battlefield as part of that exiling, so its leave-the-battlefield triggered ability triggers and is placed on the stack; that triggered ability will cause the creature Necromancy was attached to be sacrificed when it resolves.
Step 5
Necromancy’s leave-the-battlefield trigger resolves, causing the creature (Worldgorger) to be sacrificed, which moves Worldgorger to the graveyard.
Step 6
Worldgorger’s leave-the-battlefield triggered ability triggers (return the exiled cards) and, when it resolves, returns the previously exiled permanents (including Necromancy) to the battlefield under their owners’ control .
Step 7
Necromancy re-enters the battlefield; its enter-the-battlefield triggered ability triggers again and can target Worldgorger in the graveyard, repeating the same sequence starting at step 2 [Ruling 2005-08-01].
Step 8
Because you cast Necromancy at a time a sorcery couldn’t be cast using its own ability, Necromancy’s oracle text also causes the controller of the permanent it becomes to sacrifice it at the beginning of the next cleanup step (unless Necromancy wasn’t cast using its own ability) [Ruling 2022-12-08].
Resolution
When you cast Necromancy (using its own flash) targeting Worldgorger Dragon in your graveyard, the following loop of triggers occurs: Necromancy enters, its enter trigger puts Worldgorger onto the battlefield and attaches Necromancy to it ; Worldgorger’s ETB exile effect exiles Necromancy and your other permanents ; Necromancy’s LTB trigger causes the creature to be sacrificed; Worldgorger’s LTB returns the exiled cards (including Necromancy) to the battlefield, causing Necromancy to re-enter and its enter trigger to be able to target Worldgorger again [Ruling 2005-08-01]. Because you cast Necromancy using its own flash-like ability, its late-game text will also cause the permanent it becomes to be sacrificed at the beginning of the next cleanup step unless Necromancy was not cast using that ability [Ruling 2022-12-08].
