Retreat to Coralhelm + Sakura-Tribe Scout + Simic Growth Chamber

Overview
Using Sakura-Tribe Scout’s {T} ability to put Simic Growth Chamber onto the battlefield will cause Retreat to Coralhelm’s landfall ability and Simic Growth Chamber’s ETB triggered ability to trigger. The order those triggers resolve determines whether Sakura-Tribe Scout is untapped before the Growth Chamber’s return-to-hand effect resolves, which in turn determines whether you can immediately activate the Scout again to put the land back onto the battlefield.
Step 1
Activate Sakura-Tribe Scout’s ability by paying its cost (tap Sakura-Tribe Scout).
Step 2
The activated ability goes on the stack and later resolves; when it resolves, you may put the Simic Growth Chamber card from your hand onto the battlefield.
Step 3
When the Simic Growth Chamber enters the battlefield, two triggered abilities occur: Retreat to Coralhelm’s landfall trigger (a triggered ability created by Retreat because a land you control entered) and Simic Growth Chamber’s ETB triggered ability that returns a land you control to its owner’s hand.
Step 4
Those triggered abilities are created; after the activated ability finishes resolving you will receive priority and those triggers will be placed on the stack and will later resolve. The relative order in which those triggers resolve determines whether the Scout is untapped before the Growth Chamber’s return resolves.
Step 5
If you have Retreat resolve first and choose to untap Sakura-Tribe Scout, the Scout becomes untapped before the Growth Chamber’s triggered ability resolves; when the Growth Chamber’s triggered ability then resolves you may choose to return the Growth Chamber itself to your hand (or another land you control).
Step 6
After both triggers have resolved and you have priority, if the Growth Chamber returned to your hand and Sakura-Tribe Scout is untapped you may activate the Scout again and repeat the sequence.
Resolution
Sakura-Tribe Scout’s ability “puts” the Simic Growth Chamber onto the battlefield (this is not the same as “playing a land”), which causes both Retreat to Coralhelm’s landfall trigger and the Growth Chamber’s triggered ability to trigger. After the activated ability resolves and the triggers are created, their resolution order determines whether you untap Sakura-Tribe Scout before the Growth Chamber’s ability returns a land to your hand; if you have Retreat resolve first and untap the Scout, you can then let the Growth Chamber’s ability return the Growth Chamber to your hand and then activate the Scout again. This sequence can be repeated as long as you choose to repeat it and the game allows you to continue taking those actions.
