Delina, Wild Mage + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
Overview
When Delina, Wild Mage attacks she creates tapped, attacking tokens that are copies of a chosen creature (and those tokens are not legendary and have “At end of combat, exile this token.”). You may target one of those Delina-created tokens with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker (Kiki can target it because Delina’s token is nonlegendary). When Kiki creates a token copy of that Delina token, the new token copies the creature card the Delina token is copying and gains haste; the Delina token’s special “At end of combat, exile this token.” line does not carry over to the new copy, and per the official ruling the Kiki-created copy is not sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step Ruling [2021-03-19] [Ruling 2021-07-23].
Step 1
Declare attackers; Delina, Wild Mage is declared as an attacker (attacking step per ). Delina’s 'Whenever Delina attacks...' ability triggers and is put on the stack.
Step 2
Delina’s triggered ability resolves. You choose target creature you control, roll the d20, and create the token(s) as instructed by Delina’s ability. Each token enters the battlefield tapped and attacking, is not legendary, and has 'At end of combat, exile this token.' You declare which player or planeswalker that token is attacking as it enters the battlefield [Ruling 2021-07-23] .

Delina’s tokens are ordinary creature tokens whose copiable values are the creature card they copy, modified by Delina’s ability text (including 'not legendary' and the exile-at-end-of-combat line) .

When Kiki-Jiki’s ability resolves it creates a token that is a copy of the targeted nonlegendary creature, except it has haste and normally would be sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step. If the target was a Delina-created token, the new Kiki token will copy the creature card that the Delina token is copying and will gain haste; per the official ruling, the new token won’t be sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step Ruling [2021-03-19].
Step 6
Note status and combat implications: Kiki’s created token does not enter the battlefield attacking or tapped (Kiki’s ability doesn’t say so), so it won’t be in combat unless some other effect makes it so. Delina’s tokens that were created attacking remain attacking unless removed from combat by a later effect or they leave the battlefield .
