Demonic Consultation + Laboratory Maniac

Overview
If Laboratory Maniac is on the battlefield and you cast Demonic Consultation naming a card that is not in your library, Demonic Consultation will exile your entire library (it doesn’t cause you to draw), leaving your library empty; as a result, the next time you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, Laboratory Maniac’s replacement ability applies and you win the game instead of drawing .
Step 1
Cast Demonic Consultation (it is put on the stack and resolves in the normal way; see ).
Step 2
When Demonic Consultation resolves, you choose a card name as part of its resolution (you don't name the card earlier) per Ruling [2008-10-01].
Step 3
Demonic Consultation exiles the top six cards of your library, then continues revealing cards from the top of your library until it finds a card with the chosen name; if that named card is not in your library, it will reveal/exile every remaining card in your library while searching.
Step 4
All revealed cards (other than a found named card, if any) are exiled, and the found named card would be put into your hand; if no named card is found, nothing is put into your hand and your library is left empty. Exiled cards are kept face up by default .
Step 5
Because Demonic Consultation’s reveal/action does not cause a card to be drawn, you do not attempt to draw from an empty library during its resolution and thus do not lose then (state-based actions check as usual when priority would be given again; see and ).
Step 6
At this point your library has no cards in it. The next time an effect would make you draw a card, Laboratory Maniac’s replacement ability applies: "If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead." That replacement prevents the draw and causes you to win (instead of triggering deck-out loss) .
Resolution
Demonic Consultation resolving and exiling all cards from your library does not itself cause a draw or a loss by deck-out; leaving your library empty simply sets up Laboratory Maniac's replacement. When you next would draw a card with your library empty, Laboratory Maniac replaces that draw with a win, so you win instead of attempting to draw and losing due to deck-out . If something prevents you from winning at that moment, consult the applicable replacement/replacement-order rules and the ruling Ruling [2021-03-19].
