Echoes of Eternity + Vexing Puzzlebox

Overview
If you cast Vexing Puzzlebox while you control Echoes of Eternity, Echoes’ “Whenever you cast a colorless spell, copy it.” ability will trigger and put a copy of the Puzzlebox spell on the stack (, ). Each copy that resolves becomes a token permanent (). Once you control one or more Vexing Puzzlebox permanents, activating a Puzzlebox’s {T} ability rolls a d20 as part of a mana ability that doesn’t use the stack (Ruling [2022-06-10]); the roll causes the Puzzlebox’s triggered ability “Whenever you roll one or more dice …” to trigger, and Echoes causes each such triggered ability to trigger an additional time ().
Step 1
You announce and cast Vexing Puzzlebox. Because it’s a colorless spell and Echoes of Eternity is on the battlefield, Echoes’ triggered ability 'Whenever you cast a colorless spell, copy it.' triggers when the spell is cast ().
Step 2
Echoes’ triggered ability resolves and puts a copy of the Vexing Puzzlebox spell onto the stack; a copy of a permanent spell is a spell on the stack that will become a token permanent if it resolves ().
Step 3
Players receive priority and the stack resolves in last-in, first-out order; any copies that resolve become token artifact permanents ().
Step 4
Once you control one or more Vexing Puzzlebox permanents, you may activate one’s '{T}: Add one mana of any color. Roll a d20.' ability. That ability is a mana ability and the roll is part of that ability’s resolution (Ruling [2022-06-10]), so it does not use the stack.
Step 5
When the roll occurs, the event 'you roll one or more dice' happens; that event causes each Vexing Puzzlebox permanent’s triggered ability 'Whenever you roll one or more dice, put a number of charge counters ... equal to the result' to trigger ().
Step 6
Echoes watches for triggered abilities belonging to colorless permanents (and colorless spells) you control and causes each such triggered ability to trigger an additional time, so each Puzzlebox’s single trigger becomes two separate triggers ().
Step 7
All of those triggered abilities are put onto the stack (after the mana ability finishes resolving) and will resolve one at a time; each resolves and puts charge counters equal to the same result of the roll onto its Puzzlebox.
Resolution
Result: Casting Vexing Puzzlebox with Echoes of Eternity will produce a copy of that spell on the stack (, ); when the spells resolve you can end up with multiple Vexing Puzzlebox permanents (copies become tokens) (). When you activate any Puzzlebox’s {T} ability, the roll happens as part of that mana ability (Ruling [2022-06-10]) and the “Whenever you roll one or more dice” triggered ability(s) are put onto the stack; each of those triggers is created an extra time by Echoes of Eternity (). If you control N Puzzlebox permanents, you’ll get 2×N triggers from one roll (each Puzzlebox’s trigger twice) unless other effects change that situation.
