Aftermath Analyst + Amulet of Vigor + Shifting Woodland + Sylvan Safekeeper

Overview
Activate Aftermath Analyst’s ability (pay {3}{G} and sacrifice it) to return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped; because they enter tapped the arrivals will trigger Amulet of Vigor’s triggered ability, which will untap each permanent that actually entered the battlefield tapped when that Amulet trigger resolves [Ruling 2010-03-01]. You get priority after the return resolves and the Amulet triggers are placed on the stack, so you can activate Sylvan Safekeeper and sacrifice one of the returned lands as the cost; the Amulet trigger for that specific land will later resolve and do nothing if the land is no longer on the battlefield . If a returned Shifting Woodland becomes a copy of a card in your graveyard after these events, any untap state or other effects that had already applied to the Woodland continue to apply after it becomes a copy [Ruling 2024-06-07] and continuous-effect interaction follows the normal layering rules .
Step 1
Activate Aftermath Analyst’s activated ability by paying {3}{G} and sacrificing Aftermath Analyst as part of the activation cost; the sacrifice happens as a cost and the ability is put on the stack.
Step 2
When the activated ability resolves, return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped (the ability’s effect is to put those lands onto the battlefield tapped).
Step 3
Because those permanents entered the battlefield tapped due to that effect, Amulet of Vigor’s triggered ability triggers for each permanent that entered tapped; put those Amulet triggers on the stack [Ruling 2010-03-01].
Step 4
After the return effect finishes resolving and state-based actions are checked, you receive priority and the triggered Amulet abilities are on the stack; at this point you may activate Sylvan Safekeeper’s activated ability, sacrificing one of the returned lands as the cost to give a target creature shroud until end of turn .
Step 5
When the Amulet triggers resolve, each resolves independently: for any permanent that is still on the battlefield and that entered tapped, Amulet’s triggered ability untaps it; for any permanent that has been moved off the battlefield (for example, sacrificed to Sylvan Safekeeper), the Amulet trigger does nothing to that object because it is no longer on the battlefield .
Step 6
If a returned Shifting Woodland subsequently becomes a copy of a permanent card in your graveyard (its Delirium ability), any untapped state or other effects that had already been applied to it before it became the copy remain in place after copying [Ruling 2024-06-07], and continuous-effect interactions use the normal layering rules .
Resolution
When Aftermath Analyst’s activated ability resolves it returns lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped; each permanent that entered the battlefield tapped will cause Amulet of Vigor to trigger and, when those triggers resolve, the permanents that are still on the battlefield will be untapped [Ruling 2010-03-01] and the player gets priority after the return ability resolves so Sylvan Safekeeper can be activated then (sacrificing a returned land as the activation cost if desired) . If a returned Shifting Woodland later becomes a copy of a permanent card in your graveyard, effects and counters that applied to it before it became a copy remain in place after it becomes the copy [Ruling 2024-06-07] and continuous effects interact under the normal layering rules .
