Overview
When you activate Aftermath Analyst’s sacrifice ability and return lands (including Shifting Woodland) to the battlefield tapped, each land entering will cause Lotus Cobra’s landfall ability to trigger for each land that entered; those triggers are not mana abilities and go on the stack so players can respond before they resolve [Ruling 2024-11-08] [Ruling 2020-09-25] [Ruling 2017-11-17]. If you later activate Shifting Woodland’s Delirium ability it can become a copy of a nonland permanent and cease being a land going forward, but that does not undo the landfall triggers that occurred when it entered the battlefield [Ruling 2024-06-07] . Sylvan Safekeeper’s sacrifice-land ability can be used after the lands enter to sacrifice one of the returned lands as a cost to give a target creature shroud, but giving shroud does not affect Lotus Cobra’s triggered landfall abilities because those triggers don’t target [Ruling 2020-09-25] .
Step 1
Activate Aftermath Analyst’s activated ability by paying

As each land card enters the battlefield under your control (including Shifting Woodland and any other returned lands), Lotus Cobra triggers once per land entering because landfall triggers whenever a land enters for any reason [Ruling 2024-11-08].

Each Lotus Cobra landfall trigger is put on the stack and is not a mana ability, so players may respond before each trigger resolves [Ruling 2020-09-25] [Ruling 2017-11-17] .
Step 4
When a Lotus Cobra landfall trigger resolves it adds one mana of any color to your mana pool (you choose the color on resolution); because the trigger is not a mana ability it resolves via the stack like any other triggered ability [Ruling 2020-09-25].
Step 5
If you want Shifting Woodland to become a copy of a permanent in your graveyard using its Delirium activation, you can only do so after it has entered the battlefield (and after any required conditions like Delirium are met) by paying its activation cost; when it becomes a copy, any effects and counters that applied to it before becoming a copy continue to apply [Ruling 2024-06-07] .
Step 6
You may activate Sylvan Safekeeper’s ability after the lands have entered to sacrifice one of those returned lands as a cost and give target creature you control shroud; that sacrifice is a cost to Safekeeper’s activated ability and is performed when you activate it.
Step 7
Giving shroud to a creature does not prevent Lotus Cobra’s landfall triggers from being placed on or resolving on the stack because Lotus Cobra’s triggered ability doesn’t target the creature (the shroud only prevents being targeted) [Ruling 2020-09-25] .
Resolution
Activating Aftermath Analyst’s "sacrifice this creature" ability returns all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped; each such land entering causes Lotus Cobra’s landfall to trigger once per land and those triggers go on the stack and can be responded to [Ruling 2024-11-08] [Ruling 2020-09-25]. If Shifting Woodland is among those lands you may later activate its Delirium ability on the battlefield to make it a copy of a permanent card in your graveyard; any continuous effects or counters that already applied to Shifting Woodland remain after it becomes a copy [Ruling 2024-06-07] . Sacrificing a returned land to Sylvan Safekeeper to give a creature shroud is a legal response after the lands enter, but shroud won’t prevent Lotus Cobra’s landfall triggers because Lotus Cobra’s triggers don’t target and aren’t mana abilities [Ruling 2020-09-25] .
