Overview
With Ayara, First of Locthwain on the battlefield, each time Gravecrawler enters the battlefield it will trigger Ayara’s drain ability; Gravecrawler can be cast from the graveyard because you control Warren Soultrader (a Zombie) per Gravecrawler’s oracle text and the ruling Ruling [2011-01-22]. Step 2
Spend one black mana to cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard (you may cast it because you control Warren, a Zombie; see Ruling [2011-01-22]).
Step 3
When Gravecrawler enters the battlefield, Ayara’s triggered ability triggers; when that trigger resolves each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
Step 4
Activate Warren Soultrader’s ability by paying 1 life and sacrificing 'another creature' — sacrifice the Gravecrawler as the cost. The ability will create a Treasure token when it resolves (the sacrifice is part of Warren’s cost).
Step 5
Sacrifice the Treasure for mana and use it to pay the to cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard again (you still control Warren, so the cast-from-graveyard permission still exists at cast time).

Repeat the cycle: each recast causes Ayara to trigger again, draining opponents and gaining you 1 life per enter; each Warren activation costs you 1 life, so your net life change per full cycle is 0 and opponents each lose 1 life per cycle until they reach 0 or less and lose the game .
Resolution
If you control Ayara and Warren and have Gravecrawler in your graveyard plus at least one initial black mana to cast it, you can: cast Gravecrawler from the graveyard (allowed while you control a Zombie), sacrifice that Gravecrawler to Warren to make a Treasure (Warren’s ability costs 1 life), use the Treasure to pay for another casting of Gravecrawler from the graveyard, and repeat. Each time Gravecrawler enters the battlefield Ayara’s triggered ability causes each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life; because Warren’s activation costs you 1 life, your net life change each cycle is 0. Opponents will lose life repeatedly and will lose the game if their life total reaches 0 or less . The rule about casting Gravecrawler from the graveyard while the controlling Zombie is present is supported by Ruling [2011-01-22].
