Delney, Streetwise Lookout + Mr. House, President and CEO + Roaming Throne

Overview
When you activate Mr. House, President and CEO's {4}, {T} ability and roll the dice, the die results themselves have no inherent effect — they simply cause Mr. House’s triggered ability to trigger when the result is 4+ or 6+ [Ruling 2024-03-08]. If Mr. House is a creature you control with power 2 or less, Delney, Streetwise Lookout causes each of those triggered abilities to trigger an additional time. If Mr. House is also of the creature type chosen by your Roaming Throne, Roaming Throne likewise causes those triggered abilities to trigger an additional time. Those “trigger an additional time” effects stack additively, so one Delney + one applicable Roaming Throne means the triggered ability will be placed on the stack three times (the original trigger plus two additional triggers) [Ruling 2024-02-02] [Ruling 2023-11-10].
Step 1
You activate Mr. House's {4}, {T} ability to roll one or more six-sided dice and pay any Treasure mana to add dice as instructed.
Step 2
When that activated ability resolves, you roll the die/dice; per the rules for Mr. House, the die roll(s) have no inherent effect but cause any abilities that watch for die results to trigger as appropriate [Ruling 2024-03-08].
Step 3
If the roll result meets Mr. House's triggered condition (4+ or 6+), Mr. House’s triggered ability triggers once as the base event.
Step 4
Check whether Delney applies: Delney only affects abilities of creatures you control with power 2 or less; whether Mr. House currently has power 2 or less is determined by continuous effects in the applicable layers . If Mr. House’s power is 2 or less, Delney provides an effect that causes that triggered ability to trigger an additional time.
Step 5
Check whether Roaming Throne applies: Roaming Throne’s last ability applies only if Mr. House is another creature you control of the chosen type. If so, it causes that triggered ability to trigger an additional time [Ruling 2023-11-10].
Step 6
Determine total number of triggers: start with the single original trigger, then add one trigger for each applicable “trigger an additional time” effect you control (for one Delney + one applicable Roaming Throne, that yields three triggers total) [Ruling 2024-02-02] [Ruling 2023-11-10].
Step 7
Put each trigger on the stack as a separate triggered ability. Any choices that are made when putting the triggered ability on the stack (targets, modes, etc.) are made separately for each instance [Ruling 2023-11-10].
Step 8
Resolve each triggered ability instance separately; any choices made on resolution are made separately for each instance [Ruling 2023-11-10].
Resolution
After you resolve Mr. House’s activated ability and the roll(s) produce a result that would make Mr. House’s triggered ability trigger (4+ or 6+), put that triggered ability on the stack once for the original trigger plus once for each applicable “trigger an additional time” effect you control. If Delney applies and Roaming Throne applies, you get three separate triggers total. Each of those is a separate trigger put on the stack; any choices for each trigger (targets, modes, etc.) are made separately when each trigger is put on the stack and choices on resolution are made separately as well [Ruling 2024-03-08] [Ruling 2024-02-02] [Ruling 2023-11-10].
