Overview
Activate Emiel the Blessed's 
ability targeting Peregrine Drake to exile it and return it to the battlefield. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, Peregrine Drake's own triggered ability (untap up to five lands) and Emiel's 'Whenever another creature you control enters' triggered ability both trigger. You (the controller) put those triggers on the stack in the order you choose, and when Emiel's trigger resolves you may pay
