Overview
When a land enters the battlefield, both Lotus Cobra's and Springheart Nantuko's landfall triggers trigger; you put those triggers on the stack in the order you choose [Ruling 2024-11-08]. Step 1
You play a land (a special action; it doesn’t use the stack) .
Step 2
Both Lotus Cobra’s and Springheart Nantuko’s landfall abilities trigger when that land enters [Ruling 2024-11-08].
Step 3
You choose the order to put the triggered abilities on the stack; the last one you put on the stack will resolve first [Ruling 2024-11-08].
Step 4
If you want Lotus Cobra’s mana before Springheart’s resolution, arrange the triggers so Lotus Cobra’s trigger resolves first by putting it on the stack last [Ruling 2024-11-08].
Step 5
When Lotus Cobra’s landfall trigger resolves it will add one mana of any color; because that triggered ability is not a mana ability it uses the stack and players may respond before it resolves [Ruling 2020-09-25][Ruling 2017-11-17].
Step 6
After Lotus Cobra’s trigger resolves (and the mana is in your mana pool), Springheart Nantuko’s landfall trigger resolves. If Springheart is attached to a creature you control at that time, you may pay

Resolution

When Springheart's landfall trigger then resolves, if that permanent is attached to a creature you control you may pay (you can use the mana just added) to create a token that's a copy of that creature; if you don't create a token that way, you create a 1/1 green Insect token. If Springheart is not attached to a creature when its trigger resolves, you cannot pay the conditional part and you will create the 1/1 Insect token instead. Also note bestow/aura behavior: an Aura with bestow that becomes unattached becomes a creature as described in the rules/rulings [Ruling 2024-06-07].
