Overview
When Lumra's enter-the-battlefield triggered ability returns multiple lands to the battlefield, each land causes separate landfall triggers for Springheart Nantuko and Tireless Provisioner. You may order those landfall triggers as you put them on the stack and have them resolve in that chosen order [Ruling 2024-11-08]. If Springheart Nantuko is attached to Lumra (cast for its bestow cost earlier), each Springheart landfall trigger can, on resolution, let you pay 
to create a token copy of that creature (Lumra). Tireless Provisioner’s landfall triggers can create Treasures (or Foods) that you can use as mana sources to pay those costs if you order Tireless’s trigger to resolve before Springheart’s [Ruling 2024-11-08]. Each token copy of Lumra will itself have Lumra’s enter-the-battlefield ability (including milling and returning lands) and will enter with power/toughness equal to the number of lands you control (Lumra’s P/T rule functions in all zones) [Ruling 2024-07-26] and is applied using continuous effect layers . Zuran Orb can sacrifice lands (they don’t need to be untapped) to gain 2 life each; those life gains are subject to life-gain rules and may trigger other abilities that watch for life gain .
