Overview
If you escape Wheel of Fortune with Underworld Breach, the opponent draws seven cards; that creates seven Smothering Tithe triggers. The opponent draws all seven cards before any Smothering Tithe trigger asks them to pay [Ruling 2023-09-01]. Each Smothering Tithe trigger then resolves individually and the opponent may pay
