Brago, King Eternal + Sol Ring + Strionic Resonator
Overview
When Brago deals combat damage a triggered ability is put on the stack. Strionic Resonator can target that triggered ability on the stack and make a copy of that trigger that also goes on the stack (you may choose new targets for the copy) [Ruling 2018-03-16]. Each trigger (the copy and the original) resolves independently. If Sol Ring is targeted by a resolving instance, it will be exiled and then returned to the battlefield as a new object (so it returns untapped), and Brago may be targeted by its own ability and be exiled and returned as well [Ruling 2020-11-10] .
Step 1
Brago deals combat damage to a player and his triggered ability ("Whenever Brago deals combat damage to a player, exile any number of target nonland permanents you control, then return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control") is put on the stack; you choose targets for that trigger at that time [Ruling 2018-03-16].

You may activate Strionic Resonator (paying 
and tapping it) while that triggered ability is on the stack to target that triggered ability and create a copy of it on the stack; you may choose new targets for the copy when you create it [Ruling 2018-03-16].

Stack order: the copy created by Strionic is on top and will resolve before the original trigger (LIFO).
Step 4
When the copy resolves, it exiles the permanents it targeted and then returns those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control. If Sol Ring was targeted by that resolving instance, Sol Ring is exiled and then returned as a new object and will enter untapped; you can then tap that returned Sol Ring for mana .
Step 5
After the copy resolves, the original trigger remains on the stack and will resolve next. If the original's targeted objects are no longer on the battlefield (for example, the original targeted the same Sol Ring object that the copy exiled), the original cannot exile those objects at resolution because they are no longer the same objects on the battlefield .
Step 6
If you targeted Brago with one of the instances, that instance can exile and return Brago to the battlefield (you may exile and return Brago with its own ability) [Ruling 2020-11-10].
Resolution
Strionic Resonator can copy Brago's triggered ability on the stack; the copy is a separate instance that resolves independently from the original and may have different targets [Ruling 2018-03-16]. If a resolving instance exiles Sol Ring and then returns it, Sol Ring becomes a new object when it returns and enters untapped, so you can then tap it for mana. You may target Brago with its own ability and exile/return it [Ruling 2020-11-10]. If the copy exiles the original targeted object, the original trigger may no longer be able to exile that same object when it later resolves because the object that returned is a different object .
