Overview
You may sacrifice Reassembling Skeleton as the cost for Carrion Feeder’s activated ability; when the skeleton is put into your graveyard that event causes Pitiless Plunderer’s triggered ability to trigger, and because Teysa Karlov makes a triggered ability that triggers due to a creature dying trigger an additional time, Pitiless Plunderer’s ability will trigger twice (two Treasure tokens will be created when those triggers resolve) .
Step 1
Activate Carrion Feeder’s ability; as part of its activation cost you sacrifice Reassembling Skeleton and that card is put into your graveyard (the sacrifice is paid as a cost before the activated ability is put on the stack).
Step 2
The creature being put into the graveyard is a 'creature dying' event; state-based actions are checked and any triggered abilities caused by that event are created and will be put on the stack in the next step .
Step 3
Pitiless Plunderer has a triggered ability that reads “Whenever another creature you control dies, create a Treasure token.” Because Teysa Karlov says “If a creature dying causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time,” Pitiless Plunderer’s ability is put onto the stack twice (two separate triggers) for that single creature-dies event.
Step 4
After the sacrifice and after the activated ability is on the stack, players receive priority; at that point you may activate Reassembling Skeleton’s graveyard ability (

Whether or not you return the skeleton before the Pitiless Plunderer triggers resolve does not change the number of triggers already created. When the Pitiless Plunderer triggers resolve (two times), each resolves separately and each creates one Treasure token.

Finally, when Carrion Feeder’s activated ability resolves it puts a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder (the counter result is independent of the triggered Treasure creation).
