Thousand-Year Elixir’s static line lets you activate Krenko’s 
ability even if Krenko has summoning sickness (Ruling [2007-10-01]). Tap Krenko to create X 1/1 Goblin tokens where X is the number of Goblins you control (including Krenko per Ruling [2012-07-01]). Sacrifice a Goblin to Skirk Prospector to add 
(Skirk can be sacrificed, but do so last if you still need its ability per Ruling [2022-12-08]). Use that to pay the 
cost of Thousand-Year Elixir’s untap ability, tap the Elixir to untap Krenko, and repeat — producing arbitrarily many Goblin tokens.
