Golgari Rot Farm + Kodama of the East Tree + Tireless Provisioner

Overview
When you play Golgari Rot Farm as a land (a special action) , the following triggered abilities all trigger from that land entering: Golgari Rot Farm’s own “when this land enters” ability, Kodama of the East Tree’s ability (it triggers because another permanent — the land — entered), and Tireless Provisioner’s landfall ability. Those triggered abilities are put on the stack to be resolved in the controller’s chosen order . A land that Kodama’s ability puts onto the battlefield is being “put” (not “played”), so it’s different from playing a land , and it will still cause Tireless Provisioner’s landfall when it enters.
Step 1
You take the special action to play Golgari Rot Farm during your main phase; playing a land is a special action and doesn’t use the stack .
Step 2
After you play the land you receive priority ; the game checks state-based actions and then places any triggered abilities created by the land entering onto the stack to be ordered and resolved .
Step 3
Three triggered abilities are created by the single event of the land entering: Golgari Rot Farm’s ETB triggered ability (return a land you control to its owner's hand), Kodama of the East Tree’s triggered ability (it triggers because another permanent you control entered), and Tireless Provisioner’s landfall triggered ability (land you control entered) .
Step 4
You, as the controller of the triggers, put those triggered abilities on the stack in the order you choose, and they will resolve last-in, first-out .
Step 5
If Kodama’s trigger resolves and you choose to put a permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield, that card is being put onto the battlefield by Kodama’s ability (it wasn’t played as a land if it is a land) — a ’put’ effect, not a land play .
Step 6
Any land that is put onto the battlefield by Kodama will itself cause Tireless Provisioner’s landfall trigger (because it is a land entering the battlefield), and Kodama’s own triggered ability will not trigger off a permanent put onto the battlefield by Kodama’s ability because Kodama’s trigger contains the clause preventing it from triggering off things put onto the battlefield by its own ability.
Resolution
Play Golgari Rot Farm (special action) ; it enters and the three triggered abilities (Rot Farm’s ETB, Kodama’s trigger, Tireless Provisioner’s landfall) are created and put on the stack to be ordered and resolve . You choose the order when they’re put on the stack. If Kodama’s trigger resolves and you put a land onto the battlefield with it, that land was put onto the battlefield by an effect (not played) and will cause Tireless Provisioner’s landfall as well. If Rot Farm’s ETB returns a land to your hand, it does not stop the triggers that already triggered from the original enter event; Rot Farm can even force you to return itself if it’s your only land [Ruling 2013-04-15].
