Overview

Oracle of Mul Daya increases the number of lands you may play each turn and lets you play lands from the top of your library, while Conduit of Worlds lets you play lands from your graveyard. Playing Glacial Chasm using Conduit is allowed if it is a land in the graveyard and you have a land play available, but when Glacial Chasm enters the battlefield its "when this land enters, sacrifice a land" triggered ability will go on the stack and will resolve before you can play another land (playing a land is a special action and requires the stack to be empty) . If you control no other lands when that trigger resolves, you must sacrifice Glacial Chasm itself (Ruling [2008-08-01]).

Step 1

Ensure it is your main phase, you have priority, and the stack is empty (per and ).

Step 2

Because Oracle of Mul Daya increases the number of lands you may play this turn, your maximum allowed land plays this turn may be greater than one (see and Ruling [2009-10-01]).

Step 3

Conduit of Worlds lets you play lands from your graveyard, so you may choose Glacial Chasm in your graveyard and play it as a land if you have at least one remaining land play available this turn (this is still subject to timing: main phase + priority + stack empty) .

Step 4

When Glacial Chasm is played onto the battlefield, its "When this land enters, sacrifice a land" triggered ability triggers and is put on the stack. The stack is no longer empty, so you cannot play another land in response to that trigger (playing a land requires the stack to be empty) .

Step 5

If the triggered ability resolves and you control another land, you must sacrifice a land you control. If you control no other lands, you must sacrifice Glacial Chasm itself (Ruling [2008-08-01]).

Step 6

If Glacial Chasm remains on the battlefield after the sacrifice resolution, it will prevent all damage that would be dealt to you while it remains and creature attack restrictions apply as written on the card.

Resolution

You can play Glacial Chasm from your graveyard if Conduit of Worlds allows you to play lands from your graveyard and you have an available land play (including any extra land plays Oracle of Mul Daya grants) . Glacial Chasm's "When this land enters, sacrifice a land" is a triggered ability that goes on the stack when it enters; because the stack is not empty while that trigger is pending, you cannot play another land in response (playing a land requires the stack be empty) . When the trigger resolves you must sacrifice a land you control; if you control no other lands you must sacrifice Glacial Chasm itself (Ruling [2008-08-01]). Oracle's additional land plays let you play more lands over the course of the turn, but they don't let you avoid Glacial Chasm's sacrifice trigger or play a land while that trigger is on the stack .
