Overview
With Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass on the battlefield you may cast historic (including artifact) spells from the top of your library; Sensei's Divining Top can arrange or place cards on top of your library to enable that; Etherium Sculptor reduces the total cost of artifact spells you cast by

You can use Sensei’s Divining Top to put an artifact (a historic spell) on top of your library and then cast it from the top because Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass lets you cast historic spells from the top. If Etherium Sculptor is already on the battlefield, it reduces the total cost of that artifact spell by when the total cost is determined ; that reduced total cost is then paid . You cannot gain a cost reduction from an Etherium Sculptor that is the very artifact you are casting until it is on the battlefield.
