Overview
You can sacrifice Gravecrawler to Carrion Feeder to put a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder; Pitiless Plunderer will trigger and create a Treasure when Gravecrawler dies [Ruling 2018-01-19]. Once Gravecrawler is in your graveyard (your discard pile) , you may cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard as long as you control a Zombie (for example, the Carrion Feeder) [Ruling 2011-01-22]. You can use the Treasure(s) created by Pitiless Plunderer to help pay Gravecrawler’s

Activate Carrion Feeder’s activated ability and pay its cost by sacrificing Gravecrawler. Sacrificing Gravecrawler as the cost causes it to be put into your graveyard .

The event of another creature you control (Gravecrawler) dying causes Pitiless Plunderer’s triggered ability(s) to be created; those triggers will go on the stack and, when they resolve, each will create a Treasure token [Ruling 2018-01-19].

With Gravecrawler now in your graveyard (your discard pile) , you may cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard because you control a Zombie (for example, Carrion Feeder) [Ruling 2011-01-22].

When Gravecrawler resolves and is back on the battlefield it’s again a valid sacrifice for Carrion Feeder’s ability, so you can repeat the sequence to create another Treasure and put another +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder.
Resolution
Activate Carrion Feeder’s sacrifice ability, sacrificing Gravecrawler as the cost; Gravecrawler is put into your graveyard , and Pitiless Plunderer’s triggered ability(s) are generated for that death [Ruling 2018-01-19]. Those triggered abilities create Treasure tokens when they resolve. Because Carrion Feeder is a Zombie, you may cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard for its cost while it’s in the graveyard [Ruling 2011-01-22]. Using the Treasure(s) to pay Gravecrawler’s and recasting it returns you to the same board state (plus any Treasures and Carrion Feeder counters you’ve accumulated) and allows you to repeat the process.
