Attended Knight + Fire Lord Zuko + Ghostly Flicker

Overview
If you Ghostly Flicker the Attended Knight and Fire Lord Zuko, both creatures are exiled and then returned to the battlefield simultaneously; each return-from-exile causes Fire Lord Zuko’s “whenever a permanent you control enters from exile” to trigger (two triggers), and Attended Knight’s enter-the-battlefield trigger to trigger once. You put those three triggers on the stack in the order you choose; the Knight’s token will exist for any subsequent triggers that resolve after its trigger if you order them that way. Ghostly Flicker may target those two creatures even though they are both creatures (or different types) per Ruling [2017-03-14]. The treatment of how they enter and replacement choices is subject to .
Step 1
You cast Ghostly Flicker and target Attended Knight and Fire Lord Zuko (Ghostly Flicker can target those two permanents; see Ruling [2017-03-14]).
Step 2
Ghostly Flicker resolves and exiles both targeted permanents, then returns those cards to the battlefield under your control. Both permanents return simultaneously (the handling of how permanents enter the battlefield is subject to the guidance in ).
Step 3
As those permanents enter the battlefield from exile, triggered abilities that care about permanents entering from exile trigger. Fire Lord Zuko’s ability “Whenever a permanent you control enters from exile, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control” will trigger once for each permanent that entered from exile (two triggers total because two permanents entered from exile).
Step 4
Attended Knight’s enter-the-battlefield triggered ability (“When this creature enters, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token.”) also triggers once as it entered the battlefield.
Step 5
You, as controller of those triggered abilities, put the three triggers on the stack in the order you choose. The order you choose determines whether the token created by Attended Knight’s trigger exists before a Zuko trigger resolves and therefore whether that token receives any +1/+1 counters.
Step 6
When the Zuko triggers resolve, each one puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control at that time (including Attended Knight, Fire Lord Zuko, and any token that has already been created and is still on the battlefield).
Resolution
Ghostly Flicker exiles the chosen permanents and then returns them to the battlefield simultaneously. Because both Attended Knight and Fire Lord Zuko entered the battlefield from exile, Fire Lord Zuko’s triggered ability triggers once for each permanent that entered from exile (two triggers total), and Attended Knight’s “When this creature enters” triggered ability triggers once. You, as the controller of those triggered abilities, order them on the stack as you choose; resolving the Attended Knight trigger before the Zuko triggers will create the 1/1 Soldier token so that the subsequent Zuko trigger(s) will put +1/+1 counters on the token as well. Ghostly Flicker’s targeting rules allow those targets as explained in Ruling [2017-03-14]. The general handling of how permanents enter the battlefield and replacement effects is governed by .
